Hey I’m going to a Civil Twilight concert soon and I wanted to bring my camera. Did you have to sneak your in or were they fine with people having cameras?
P.S. I’m going tonight and I have a average size point and shoot and then a bigger one. It’s not a DSLR but it kinda looks like one. Do you think I’ll have a problem bringing it?

I think the camera policy usually depends on the venue rather than the band. To be honest, the lead singer came out in the audience at one point and was basically posing with the audience, so clearly they don’t mind. But I’d say you’re safe with either. The venue in which I saw them was rather small so I was up front and fine with a small point and shoot, but there were other people with bigger DSLRs and stuff. So… it’s up to you. It’s definitely worth bringing and worst comes to worst you just won’t be able to use it.
